Feedback is
one of the most important elements in the learning process because it helps
students to awake their potential. As it is mentioned in the above video, it
must go along the whole process of learning.
I agree with the points of view expressed in the video that feedback must answer the questions how am I doing so far? and how can I improve?. It is also important to know when, where and how give feedback without interfering in a negative way in the process of learning.

I also
agree when it says that self-correction it is one of the most efficient ways of
giving feedback and we as teachers should try, whenever possible, to apply this
technique.
Peer correction is another technique widely use by teachers, but when applying this technique we have to monitor very careful the way it’s done.

Something very important mentioned in the
video is the classroom atmosphere because this factor will affect the way
students will take a correction from the teacher or from other source. If we
want to have a good atmosphere in the classroom we as teachers must let
students know that it is OK to make mistakes because learning a language is a
trial and error learning process in which students can help each other to
correct themselves.
Another interesting
factor from the video that caught my attention is when to give feedback. This
is very important because if we as teachers give feedback on an inappropriate
moment, students may feel uncomfortable with that. That’s why we must choose the right technique
for the right activity or moment. Sometimes it is better to give feedback right
at the moment or at the spot and interrupt one student performance other times
we can just take notes of the mistakes and let students finish what they are
doing. This technique is very useful because at the end of the class we can
give feedback to individual students or if we prefer to the whole class.
